Craigellachie 13 Year Speyside Single Malt Scotch is a dull straw in color with a smokey yet spicy front. The palate offers a wide range of flavors, including a touch of caramel, spice, clove-studded baked apples, and a hint of nuts. The medium length finish will keep you wanting more. Enjoy neat or on the rocks.
Built by the stubborn Peter Mackie in 1891, the Craigellachie distillery was described as old-fashioned even at that time. To this day, Craigellachie uses old-fashioned "worm tubs" to cool and condense the distilled spirit. Worm tubs typically mean less copper contact during production which creates strong, meaty flavours.
Craigellachie Distillery carries a sophisticated line of well-crafted scotch. Their youngest is Craigellachie 13 Year Speyside Scotch, which holds on to its sweet youth with every sip.
