Aromatic blue fruits and brown spices delight the nose in Josh Legacy Red Wine, most notably fresh plum and blackberry fruit. The wine is dense and juicy, with baked plums and dark cherries, layered with roasted almonds and hazelnuts, finishing long with fine, soft tannins. A rich, red wine crafted in honor of Josh, it pairs well with his favorite meal: a thick, juicy steak and potatoes.

The fruit was sourced from premium wine growing regions throughout the state including the Central Coast, Lodi and Sonoma and Napa counties. Handpicked at the peak of flavor development, the grapes were crushed and cold soaked. The must was punched down daily to maximize flavor extraction, followed by a 7-10 day extended maceration.
