Description

We use hand-selected barrels from a large private stock of premium Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey. The bourbon must meet our highest standards for character, body and overall flavor before being used to craft our prestigious and robust Kentucky bourbon. Although corn is the predominate grain, the mash bill used to craft Calumet Farm Bourbons is traditionally known as a ‘high-rye’ mixture. These percentages allow for the bold, yet smooth flavors of our bourbon to present well, whether that is neat, over ice or in a classic cocktail.
